Built for

  • Handyman
  • Locksmith
  • HVAC
  • Windows & doors

Calls slip through the cracks.

  • The phone rings while you’re on a job, and it goes to voicemail.
  • Details end up on a sticky note, or nowhere.
  • Dispatch never heard what the customer actually said.
  • The customer calls back twice, then calls someone else.

Lane catches every call.

Follow one call, from the first ring to paid.

  1. Answered

When you can’t pick up, your phone agent does. Or answer it yourself, like always.

Works with your own voice agent and phone number.

  2. Transcribed

Every call is written down, word for word. Nothing gets lost between whoever answered and dispatch.

  3. A ticket, right away

Lane turns the call into a job: who, where, what’s wrong and when they’d like you. Anything it didn’t hear stays blank for you to fill in.

Your dispatch group gets a Telegram alert.

  4. Assigned, with your OK

Lane lines up the right tech and time by skill and workload. You approve with one tap, or change it. Plan tomorrow books the whole day at once.

Nothing is booked until you say so.

  5. Done and paid

Elena finishes the job. Add the total to close it out, mark it paid when the money comes in, and the job’s lane is complete.

  6. You see the numbers

Every closed job adds up on Home: revenue, profit and jobs done, for one business or all of them. Export to CSV or print a report.

Questions

Want to see it with your own calls?

Who is Lane for?

Owners of small home-service businesses with people in the field: handyman, locksmith, HVAC, windows and doors, and similar trades.

Do I need a voice agent?

No. You can keep answering calls yourself. If you want help when you’re busy, Lane works with your own ElevenLabs voice agent and your Quo phone number. Lane doesn’t come with its own phone line.

How does a call become a ticket?

The call is transcribed, and Lane opens a job with the customer, phone, address, the problem and the time they asked for. Anything the caller didn’t say is left blank for you. If you turn it on, your dispatch group gets a Telegram alert.

Does Lane book jobs on its own?

No. Lane suggests a tech and a time based on skills and workload. Nothing is booked until you tap Book it, and you can undo it.

Does Lane text my customers?

No. Lane doesn’t send texts to customers. For an unpaid job it can copy a friendly reminder for you to send yourself.

Can I run more than one business?

Yes. Each business keeps its own jobs, crew and customers. One login gives you an overview across all of them.

Can I get my numbers out?

Yes. Reports export to CSV and print cleanly to PDF, for any business and period.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Lane runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. There is nothing to install.

Give every call a lane.
